Rental Matchmaking
For owners who self-manage. Property marketing, listing preparation, property showings, tenant screening, lease preparation & digital execution, move-in/out coordination.
Placement Fee: 20% of total lease value.
Long-Term Rentals
Tenant communication & support, rent collection tracking, lease administration, maintenance coordination, vendor scheduling, property inspections, rental inventory oversight, move-in/out support, documentation and reporting.
Short-Term Rentals
Airbnb & VRBO platform management, calendar management, pricing oversight, guest communication, guest support, check-in/out coordination, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination, inventory monitoring.

Commission is based on monthly rental revenue and is charged in addition to the selected Property Management Package.
