Our dedicated team is led by Jules, founder and owner, alongside Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant, Joisy, who helps oversee daily operations, client communication, and ensures every detail is handled with care.
Maintenance & upkeep
Our maintenance team includes Miguel, Melvin, Neto, Steven, and Douglas, who assist with property upkeep, inspections, repairs, and ongoing projects across the Southern Zone.
Cleaning & hospitality
Our cleaning and hospitality team consists of Daisy, Gladys, Seyling, and Kendy, who work diligently to ensure homes are impeccably prepared for owners, tenants, and guests. Kendy also provides additional operational support to both Joisy and Jules.

Beyond our internal team, we have cultivated strong, long-standing relationships with trusted local professionals, including licensed electricians, air conditioning technicians, plumbers, landscapers, pool specialists, internet providers, contractors, and other service professionals.
