The Conscious Concierge started the way most of my projects do — quietly, honestly, and out of a real need. After years of buying, building, renovating and managing homes in Costa Rica, I kept meeting people who were arriving here with big dreams and very few honest resources. This is my attempt to change that.
The Southern Zone is one of the most beautiful, wild and welcoming places in the world, and it deserves guidance that treats it that way. Not sales pitches, not highlight reels — real information, real contacts, and real people who have lived through the same questions you're asking now.

And honest relocation consulting for anyone thinking about making the leap.
I've also taken a position with Coldwell Banker, so I can now guide clients through buying and selling directly — the same honest, on-the-ground approach, backed by the reach of a major brokerage when it's time to make a deal official.
How this has grown
This started as a one-woman operation — me, a laptop, and a phone full of contacts I'd built by doing all of this myself, the hard way. That part hasn't changed. What has changed is the volume of people who found their way to me, and the question that came with it: how do you grow without losing the thing that made this worth doing — actually knowing the people you're helping?
The answer wasn't to get bigger. It was to build systems. Over the past while I've put automation and workflows to work behind the scenes — vetting, scheduling, follow-ups, the parts of this job that used to eat my time in silence. This new site is part of that too: one real home base instead of a patchwork of texts and spreadsheets. None of it is meant to make The Conscious Concierge feel like a bigger operation. It's meant to make sure it never has to. Boutique was always the point, and now there's real infrastructure quietly protecting that feel, so my time goes where it should: with you, solving your actual problem.
What's next
An owner portal is coming soon, so property owners can check on their rentals, maintenance and management details in one place instead of waiting on an email. The rental portfolio keeps growing too, with new long- and short-term listings added regularly. If something you need isn't here yet, it's coming — I'd rather say that plainly than pretend everything's finished.
